BSc Adrian Makowski

Bio

Adrian Makowski is a 2nd-year student of the master's degree at the Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw. He graduated with a bachelor's degree (obtained during extended course of studies) at the University of Warsaw in the group of dr. Radek Łapkiewicz, writing a thesis related to the “Fluorescence confocal microscope: construction and characteristic”. His scientific interests focus on super-resolution microscopy techniques. Since 2019, he is a scholarship holder in the project "First Team" financed by the Foundation for Polish Science. Because of his scientific achievements, he received a scholarship of the Polish Minister of Science and Higher Education" twice. In his free time, he eagerly skies, sails and hikes.
